v6 - Mist + Terrain generation

- Added Mist.
- Added terrain generation and a controls for generating terrain.
- I stopped foam from spawning by itself since it can get out of hand a little bit too easily. But I added foam to the tool because it can be nice to use as a tracer to see the flow of the water.
- Fixed a memory leak that would cause the game to crash after some time.
